- Subcontracted with Berryman & Henigar/Vasey Engineering of Minden,
Nevada, producing a Supplement to the 1994 Carson City Bike Plan. Work
involved analysis of bikeway network, development of typical cross sections,
and public meeting presentations.

- Subcontracted with Berryman & Henigar/Vasey Engineering of Minden,
Nevada, producing a Draft set of Pedestrian Considerations for the upcoming
Carson City Transportation Plan. Work involved general analysis of Carson
City's pedestrian environment, literature search, and development of suggestions
for goals, policies, and implementation strategies.

- Subcontracted with Drake and Associates of Arizona to handle preliminary
alignment and design standards for the Snake River Rim trail in Twin Falls,
Idaho.

- Subcontracting with Drake and Associates to teach 3-day "Pedestrian
and Bicycle Safety and Accommodation" National Highway Institute course

- Produced four-color safety images and text for the back of the upcoming
Asheville, North Carolina, bicycle map. Similar graphics will be used on
other North Carolina bike maps in the future.

- Produced for the Bicycle Federation of America, BF is the journal for
bicycle program specialists and advocates. Most recently produced issue
# 46, currently at the printer. We've edited BF since 1977. No. 46 includes
Toronto's bike program, the Long Beach BikeStation, CalTrain's bicycle
provisions, and ISTEA updates.
