	Subcontracted with Berryman & Henigar/Vasey Engineering of Minden, Nevada, producing a Supplement to the 1994 Carson City Bike Plan. 	Subcontracted with Berryman & Henigar/Vasey Engineering of Minden, Nevada, producing a Draft set of Pedestrian Considerations for the upcoming Carson City Transportation Plan. 	Produced for the Bicycle Federation of America, BF is the journal for bicycle program specialists and advocates. Most recently produced issue # 46, currently at the printer.
